  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 1day of the check-in date may incur a penalty of 10% of the total booking cost.
  • No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable for cancellations made within the stipulated period.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the cancellation request. The time for funds to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings or promotional offers may be non-refundable. Guests will be informed at the time of booking if this applies.

3. Changes to Booking

  • Modifications to your booking (e.g., change of dates) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests are advised to contact us as early as possible to request changes.

4. Special Circumstances
