  • Physical Items: Delivery usually takes 7 business days, depending on the shipping location.
  • Digital Items: Emails or SMS confirmations are sent immediately or within 2 hours after processing.
  • Delays: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, strikes, or public holidays.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Physical Deliveries: Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout or communicated during the order process.
  • Digital Deliveries: No charges apply for digital delivery of documents.

5. Delivery Issues
